Quite Puzzling
Can someone please tell me why his balls are so god damned long and dangly? I've never seen such a phenomenon before. Balls aren't supposed to hang down lower than the actual penis, are they? Seriously, I need to know if this is as troubling to any of you as it is to me.

That's IS bizarre.
And embarrassing for him, I would think.
Testicles extend and retract depending on various factors including outside temperature - if you're in a sauna they're usually hanging low - if it's cold out they're hanging closer to the body.

As it is, I'm a bit more interested in the other part attached to them. Who is that dude? It's remarkable how that can start out one size and end up another. Or start out one size and then up ... almost the same size.
Maybe it's like the opposite of being excited...
